40×50×12 Post-Frame Building with Wraparound Corner Porch
This custom 40×50×12 post-frame building features a continuous wraparound corner porch with a 12′ depth, extending 28′ along one side and 16′ along the adjoining side. The porch creates functional covered space while adding strong visual interest to the overall design.
The exterior is finished with Designer Board-and-Batten metal siding on the walls and Ag Panel metal roofing for a clean, durable appearance. The main structure is supported by 4-ply glulam columns, while the porch is framed with 8×8 treated posts and matching 8×8 header beams, giving it a rustic, well-built look that emphasizes strength and craftsmanship.
The building includes a 14×10 and a 10×10 overhead garage door for versatile access, along with a French double door located beneath the porch. Natural light is provided by two 3×5 windows, and two universal steel entry doors offer additional convenience.
